RDA:
When you arrest Someone without valid reasoning, or arrest someone to just be a Jerk, also ban able offence.
NLR:
When you die you are not allowed to come back to where you died. If you do you are breaking NLR unless a staff member allows you to.
How will you be able to help this server running? (Maximum 2 sentences):
I will be a Non Abusive staff unlike the mass demotion that happened recently. they were mainly for Staff Abuse. I will not Abuse my powers and will be an actual good staff member. I will Take action when needed and will not take sides.

Because this seems like a really nice Community/Server so i would like to help it out by becoming a staff.

I think i will be great staff because i will not be abusive. I will take my sits seriously. Will not disrespect anyone (as long as they Don't Disrespect me). I will not take sides, and i will be understanding of players and wont instantly go to punishment and listen to their story unless its so obvious that they are in the wrong.
