I know well how to admin and keep a server under control when dealing with either cheaters or rule breakers due to having previous experience being a moderator on a fairly popular server (at least it was )

I feel that I can be a great staff member for multiple reasons. The first being that I have prior experience and know how to handle the powers I am given and how to use them correctly. Akong with the previous experience, I know how to talk to and handle both people enraged over an incident or ones not knowing what they did or what happened to them. I see both sides of every story and never assume before know exactly what happened
